Terms and explanation
What is this all about?
Unfortunately the manufacturer of this great products didn't make it. We joined the journey of scubajet for years and had the chance to get all products offered in our webshop officially from the manufacturers production site before the site was closed.
What do we sell?
The products are genuine and if stated in the description as "B-product" some of them have minor optical issues, like small scratches. Every technical product is tested by our team before shipping, the tests are documented via video. Therefore no broken or defective products are sold via this webshop. What and how do we test:

Moving parts (rotors, motor units) are tested to switch on and are running smooth for 30 seconds on dry land

Control parts (remote controller, dive controller, bt-link) are tested together with a new motor unit to switch on and are properly working. battery powered parts are tested via a full charge/uncharge circle to keep the power for at least 60 minutes

Non technical parts (impeller, diffuser, sup adapter) are tested by mounting/unmounting for proper fit
Will there be batteries?
Currently there are no batteries available anymore. We have a "product" in our webshop which has the price 0 (SJ smart battery 100Wh). If you are interested in buying spare batteries, then please make sure to add the desired amount in your shopping cart. We count the interest and if we reach the amount where it makes sense to go another round on ordering batteries, we will try to do so. Of course your order for batteries is NOT charged, we just use the information to notify you about any possible updates on this issue.
What about terms and refunds?
In case you receive a properly tested product which does not work at all, you can send the product back and get full refund, excluding shipping cost and a handling fee of EUR 50. In any case, if you run into problems after receiving your product, you must contact us within 2 weeks via sales@scuba-factory.at to ensure there are no handling issues. Refunds are paid out within 2 weeks after final clearing the case with you. Claims reaching us later than two weeks after you received the parts cannot be handled in any way.
Warranty and restocking
As the manufacturer does not exist anymore, we have no chance to receive support or more products. So please make sure to get all your parts to prolongue the life and the usability of your device. If the availability of any product in our shop is 0 then there simply are no more. We cannot provide any kind of warranty on any of the parts. We know that this is a very special situation and we ensure you to help as far as we can.
